Wine 101
If you enjoy tasting different types of wines and learning about how they are made, then come
to the Mount Pleasant Winery for a Wine 101 Class in Branson, Missouri. You'll learn about
some of the wines made at Mount Pleasant’s 85-acres of grapevines located in the heart of
the Augusta Appellation Wine District.Guests will learn how to properly taste wine by using
the swirl, sip and savor process. They will also get to pair their wine tasting with cheese,
sausage and bread to get the whole experience.

You not only get to try these fine wines and food, but also get a souvenir wine glass, a
chance to bottle your own wine, browse the winery’s art gallery and more. Some of the wines
being tasted will include red wines and white wines, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and
Chardonnay.
